Shipping policy

 

1. General Information

All UK Mainland orders are sent within 1 working day and are normally delivered within 1-3 business days of your order being placed depending on which delivery service is applicable. All orders received by 1 pm are usually dispatched the same day.

Please allow an additional 5 business days for your order to arrive as it can be delayed due to high demand or unusual circumstances (COVID-19/Christmas period). Always check your tracking if possible. Our Express services are usually not as affected.

If the item is not received after 14 business days (FREE DELIVERY), please contact us.

2. Delivery and Dispatch time in the UK

FREE Delivery: If you choose Free Delivery, we will use standard DPD service that takes 2-4 business days for delivery. Sometimes, this can be amended to Royal Mail for certain postcodes.
 
Next Day Delivery £5.99: If you choose Next Day Delivery, your order should be delivered within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends.). Our cut off time is 1 pm, so if you order after 1 pm, your order will be despatched the next working day, which will add an extra day for delivery. Deliveries to Scottish Highlands, Isles and Northern Ireland take 1 day extra.

Please note, some products may be subject to a different shipping charge. We have amended our timescales in the checkout to accommodate for the number of days we expect it to take for your delivery to be received from the order date. Please note, non-tracked orders still provide proof of delivery.
 

All orders received before 1 pm (weekends and Bank holidays excluded) are packaged and aimed to be shipped the same day where possible. Orders placed on a Friday after 1 pm will not be processed until the following Monday morning.

Orders with insufficient or wrong information will take longer as we try to gather the correct information.

Once orders are in transit with Royal Mail/DPD, we cannot add any changes to address details, we have no control over delivery times, therefore, we cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries.

All Europe and North American orders are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed For service. A signature is required upon delivery. These services will take approximately 3-14 working days. Please allow an additional 10 business days for your order to arrive as it can be delayed due to high demand or unusual circumstances such as Brexit. Always check your tracking. If the item is not received after 24 business days, please contact us at hello@tebarra.com.

- Customs charges

Please note, we have warehouses in the UK, so there are no customs charges for customers from this country.

Customers can be charged for buying & importing products into their country. Tebarra does not take responsibility for any customs or import fees that may occur once the parcel reaches its destination country, the recipient must cover these charges. Please note Tebarra does not collect or handle any tax charges or fees. If you have any queries regarding the tax you may have been charged, please contact your local customs office.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you how much these would be, as these fees vary widely from country to country.

We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering ANYTHING online, so you are not surprised by any unexpected charges.

If the customer refuses to pay customs charges, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

5. Change of delivery address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. For any changes please contact us immediately at hello@tebarra.com. However, consider that Customer service might take a few days to reply and might not change your order straight away.

6. Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

7. Parcels damaged in transit

If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact the courier immediately and then our customer service. We are happy to replace a damaged item if it is returned back to us.

8. Product shortage

If we have a shortage of any particular product you may have ordered we will contact you with alternative colours, sizes or styles. If none of the alternatives offered is acceptable we will give you an anticipated delivery date for the out of stock items to arrive with you, if this is unacceptable we will send you an e-mail to confirm cancellation of the order and a full refund will be credited to your Credit/Debit Card.
